Wont start, random messages and car alarm came on

Hello,
My car wont start, its a 2015 Cruze, I took it for a short drive this morning. Few hours later, the remote start won't work. I got in the car, no start, tried again, said "key not detected", locked door (it locked) tried to start again, no start the car started displaying about 3 random messages "check side mirror blah, blah) and random dash lights came on, and also the alarm started to go off while in the car. lights do look dim on the outside. No lights were on but for a second not even the normal about to start lights. I did need to fill up my gas tank but i didnt have any messgaes saying i need too.

Is it the battery?
or gas?
