If it is just a coating, and not actual rim paint, then I would just hit them with a pressure washer and it should come off

I purchased a used 2012 LTZ RS and the previous owner painted the wheels black. I'm not sure if it would be more economical to strip the plasticote or buy used rims. Let me know what you have. I'm in Las Vegas, Nevada.

If they used PlastiDip, then you just have to peal the coating off. There are a few different videos you can find online (YouTube or elsewhere) that can show you how to remove it. If they're painted or powder coated, then you will have to figure something else out.
