If I'm replacing my headlights with Putco bulbs, should I also be replacing the parking lights as well? Are they "one in the same" so to say? When I turn on the headlights, the parking lights also go on correct? So I feel I would have to change them both, unless it would look odd and could tell the difference.

The Parking lights are not the same bulbs as the headlights. The front parking lights consist of the turn signals & side markers.
With your car off, turn the headlight control knob 1 click to the right. This turns on only the parking lights.

Your parking lights are not on when your Drl's are. Only the headlights are on then. Once it becomes dark or you manually turn the headlights on your parking lights turn on. I wouldn't worry about them. As long as they work and the amber tint isn't flaking off keep in there. If you want to change them while your at it it won't hurt. They should only be I this $5 at your local parts store for both.
