Hey guys, I need to replace my crankshaft position sensor on my 2017 Chevy Cruze 1.4T Engine. I've researched for days trying to find the location of this sensor on my car. On the 1st gens I see that it is behind the motor near the starter. I was wondering if it's the same on the second Gen. Has anyone experienced this? When I make the repair I will be posting a video for I do not feel like there's enough info at all on these second gens and immediately change that!

Good luck. It looks like a pain according to the manual. But the manual shows two different ones so hopefully yours is the easy one by the starter (first pic).

The manual is through my library. I have to sign in with my library card to access it so I can’t send a link. You might want to check with your library to see if they have a similar program. They ditched all the physical repair manuals in favor of the digital versions.
