The asking price seems a little high to me.
It seems like an obscenely high price. Low mileage for sure, but the age of the vehicle (and repairability) is a concern.

Again with what I mentioned above - we are still in the dawn of the BEV age where technology has not firmly settled on industry standards. It's only recently where the major auto makers are adopting Tesla's connector for charging and that's only because Tesla recently turned it into a published industry standard for all to use. Battery technology across the various cars being manufactured isn't standard and the ability to recycle battery packs isn't here yet. When you take a vehicle like this Volt that was sold in small numbers, the ability of an aftermarket company to develop an affordable replacement battery pack is almost non-existent because they'd be building bespoke units for maybe a few dozen units sold that need a replacement battery? Lots of other cars get scrapped for reasons (rust, damage, etc.) so maybe you can find a used battery pack from that if you ever need one.
