Just thought i would post this as a number of members have been tuned for a while now.Basically just general info for new members

How long have you been tuned = 14 Months
Whos Tuning did you use= Vtuner
Was the service and data logging fast= Yes
Was the power increase what you thought it would be= Yes
Did the Tuner give you the GM PID power increase results = Yes 178HP/201TQ
Does the Tuner offer to optimize your tune for a specific octane= Yes
What octane fuel do you use= 93
What boost level do you run to hit your GM PID power level= 19 to 21 psi to hit target power level
How many miles have you been tuned= 11,000
Is driveability the same as stock= Yes
Has there been any engine check lights on since tunning= No
Was any problem solved and fixed fast threw data logging= Yes but was only done to turn Target power up
If auto trans did you tune your trans also= Yes at first but went back to stock trans tune
Is your fuel mileage the same or has it increased= Increased useing full power tune and 93 octane by 2 mpg
Have you tryed your Tuners ECO tune= No only interested in the full power tune
Have you clocked your 0 to 60 stock and tuned if so what was the decrease=Yes about 1.9 secs less to 60 mph tuned
Would you recomend your tuner to a friend if so why=Yes very fast service and a very good tune

How long have you been tuned = 1 Year
Whos Tuning did you use= Trifecta
Was the service and data logging fast= No but this last one was (4 days, every log before that 5 weeks)
Was the power increase what you thought it would be= Yes
Did the Tuner give you the GM PID power increase results = Yes
Does the Tuner offer to optimize your tune for a specific octane= Yes
What octane fuel do you use= 93
What boost level do you run to hit your GM PID power level= 19 to 21 psi
How many miles have you been tuned= 20,000
Is driveability the same as stock= Yes, but very sensitive
Has there been any engine check lights on since tunning= No
Was any problem solved and fixed fast threw data logging= Yes, but NOT fast
If auto trans did you tune your trans also= Yes
Is your fuel mileage the same or has it increased= No, about the same
Have you tryed your Tuners ECO tune= Yes, I love it
Have you clocked your 0 to 60 stock and tuned if so what was the decrease=No
Would you recommend your tuner to a friend if so why=If the data logging was faster yes. But at 5 weeks turn around time NO. Thought about switching to Vtuner for awhile.

How long have you been tuned = 28 Months
Whos Tuning did you use= Trifecta
Was the service and data logging fast= Yes
Was the power increase what you thought it would be= Yes
Did the Tuner give you the GM PID power increase results = No. Datalogs show about 200 ft/lbs commanded, 182 ft/lbs engine actual torque. That works out to about 160-165 hp, depending on what engine RPM is used in the calculation.
Does the Tuner offer to optimize your tune for a specific octane= Yes
What octane fuel do you use= 91+
What boost level do you run to hit your GM PID power level= 17-19 psi to hit target power level
How many miles have you been tuned= 77,000
Is driveability the same as stock= Yes
Has there been any engine check lights on since tuning= No
Was any problem solved and fixed fast threw data logging= Yes but was only done to turn Target boost down
If auto trans did you tune your trans also= Not applicable
Is your fuel mileage the same or has it increased= Increased in eco mode by about 3-4 mpg
Have you tried your Tuners ECO tune= Yes, it's a better daily-driver tune than stock
Have you clocked your 0 to 60 stock and tuned if so what was the decrease=Yes about 1.5 secs less to 60 mph tuned
Would you recommend your tuner to a friend if so why=Yes very fast service and a very good tune

Good Idea.

How long have you been tuned = over a year
Whos Tuning did you use= Trifecta
Was the service and data logging fast= I did not find it objectionable
Was the power increase what you thought it would be= Yes
Did the Tuner give you the GM PID power increase results = Yes if requested 176hp and 216tq
Does the Tuner offer to optimize your tune for a specific octane= Yes
What octane fuel do you use= 93
What boost level do you run to hit your GM PID power level= 21-23 psi to hit target power level
How many miles have you been tuned= 30,000
Is driveability the same as stock= Yes, better than stock
Has there been any engine check lights on since tunning= No
Was any problem solved and fixed fast threw data logging= NA
If auto trans did you tune your trans also= NA
Is your fuel mileage the same or has it increased= No quantifiable change
Have you tried your Tuners ECO tune= Yes, I can switch between "performance" and "eco" mode with the cruise control switch. I prefer eco mode for regular driving because of the milder power delivery.
Have you clocked your 0 to 60 stock and tuned if so what was the decrease=no
Would you recommend your tuner to a friend if so why=Yes, nice features and tuner has lots of experience with the LUJ/LUV engine[/B]

If you mean the GM Torque PID numbers. Those are based on computer mathematical calculations. These are based off a 1.4T running on a dyno numbers are flywheel HP.And yes a Aggressive 93 octane tune done right will increase output by 30 to 40 HP and 40 or 50 LBTQ with a stock exhaust and intake. over a stock base tuned 1.4T running 87 Octane.
