I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze. A few days ago it stopped blowing cool air. Checked the refrigerant levels which seem to be fine. Also noticed the radiator fan is not kicking on. Any ideas? Checked the fuses for the AC system - all are good. Checked the relay for the AC system - didn't know how to check it so I replaced it. Should I replace the High Pressure switch connected to the radiator?

Do the high/low pressures change when the engine is running and compressor are on? Do they roughly match after the car has been off for a while?
