2016 Cruze Limited - Water Pump Replacement

I know this information is out there, but I am seeing a lot of different answers and want to make sure I do this correctly.

I have a 2016 Cruze Limited 1.4. It has roughly 92,500 miles. After recently having the thermostat replaced because of an apparent leak, I noticed the water pump is also leaking. It is noticeable on the protective pan under the engine, and I have to add a few ounces of coolant every 1.5 weeks or so. With that being said I would like to replace the water pump and have a few questions.

1.) Most of the water pumps come with a gasket. Is a thin layer of RTV still needed on the pump if I am using the provided gasket?
2.) What are the torque specs of the water pumps and engine mount bolts?
3.) Are some of the bolts still TTY and need to be replaced? if so, which ones? I see some models of the pumps online say they need replaced while others don't

If you have any other tips, tricks, or general info on this, that would be great. I'm just hoping to get as much of this information in 1 place as possible.

Thanks in advance.

In case anyone cares... The water pump has been replaced and bolts are all good to go. Didn't use RTV and thus far have had no issues. No leaks that I can notice anyway. I also noticed a fair amount of oil while I was in there, and I found that the VVT actuator gaskets were leaking. Those have also been replaced. I am monitoring now to make sure the cam seal isn't leaking. So far so good. This has been the first real maintenance that has been needed in 93k miles so I can't complain.

It may still be covered by GM, there was an extended deal. https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2015/SB-10079524-0335.pdf

1. I dont think you have to, but I did
2. 71 in-lbs , but I did hand tight then a quick 1/4 turn. If you are bad with the feel of a bolt in aluminum, use torque wrench.
3. reused all bolts, some are different length, as you take them out organize them in the new pump

I appreciate the information. Hopefully I can get this done in the next couple of weeks.
