My upper radiator hose exploded, replaced it and ive checked for other leaks around my cruze and there haven't been any on other hoses or the reservoir. I'm really confused, I'll be driving for around 20 minutes and my car heats up to over 230 degrees with coolant full in the system and no air bubbles. If anyone can please help that would be great.

When it's overheating, check the coolant reservoir. Is the coolant bubbling? Usually this is a sign of a blockage because the air pressure is rising in the system. What was done after the upper rad hose exploded? Who serviced it? Was there any debris in the system that may still be caught in there? Was the coolant completely drained and filled during the service?
