I was wondering which EGT sensor monitors temperatures during DPF regeneration, I suspect it's EGT2 but I'm not sure. I believe the (fuel) injector upstream the DOC is malfunctioning and I need to monitor the DPF temperature during the regenerations in order to diagnose this injector. EGT2 reads temps high as 780F (at 120km/hr speeds) and as low as 300F (engine idle speeds). Thanks for any help.
