I just replaced my fuel injectors and plugs and because cylinder one was misfiring and after I replaced cylinder ones injector my car wouldn't start at all. I then replace all four injectors and plugs now it's running but runs real rough and the engine light flashing all the time. Any idea's what's going on?

Not a mechanic, but I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze 1.4 turbo, and I've had to replace the coil pack probably three times since I've owned it. I also had the cylinder one misfire, the flashing engine light, traction control light, and rough idle/ride. From what I've read, the coil packs going bad on these things is a common issue. Just a thought.

Lets break those down
0172 - bank 1 rich
0201 - injector circuit malfunction
1101 - Actual measured airflow from MAF, MAP, EGR, and TP is not within range of the calculated airflow
06DD- engine oil pressure circuit problem
0521- engine oil pressure sensor

So the last 3 pertaining to airflow and oil are hopefully just due to the engine running so sluggish that its not turning the oil pump fast enough, or moving air through the MAF consistent with the MAP readings. My hope would be that fixing the injector problem would fix these problems.

So on to the first 2 codes. 0201 and 0172, both are fuel related. I'm wondering if there is either a) a wiring issue, or b) incorrect replacement injectors.

You mentioned in your original post that injector 1 was the original issue. How did you determine this? Was there a specific code? Also double check that the replacement injectors are the correct part number. Another thing you can try is to put the old injectors back in but switch the suspected faulty one to another cylinder and see if the ECU tells you threat the problem has moved to the newly assigned cylinder.

They are the correct injectors and a mechanic is the one that diagnosed the fuel injector issue and recommended replacing them all. So I did and then it would start but ran really bad so he said that I needed to replace one of the coil packs but it was cheap for me to order all 4 just incase anyone starting acting badly. Someone else mentioned replacing the wiring to the coil packs but not sure I can get those any where or what they would actually be called?

Gotcha, so the coil packs are on the way. That's a good start. As far as the wiring connectors, you can get them on rockauto.com , but I would just wait and see if the coils solve your issue. Hope they do, let us know either way. Good luck
