I recently purchased a 2017 Cruze LT, and I have since been scouring the site for customization options and such. After a little bit of research I've noticed that some of the current generation Chevy models (Cruze,Malibu & Impala in particular), have similar or identical layouts. I was digging around on Amazon and I discovered some really nice bowtie emblem options, but I wasn't sure if they would fit, so my question is:

Do some of the bowties from other Chevy models fit the Cruze in the same fashion without having to drastically alter the installation??

I noticed there are many Camaro model options available and some Impala ones as well, and I assumed that the Silverado versions would be bigger than the standard emblems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

**UPDATE** I have discovered that Camaro bowtie emblems in the REAR (specifically 2014-2015 year models) also fit the Cruze 2017 and forward in the REAR.

The inserts or actual replacements. I tried the vinyl inserts and it was a mess.
I have a Gen I and the Rear can be removed completely and replaced using heat and fishing line. I think I read the Gen II is the same, but I would do search for it. If I run across a thread I will post it here.

According to @jblackburn there is no hole behind the rear emblem and it is just stuck on.

Yeah I'm more concerned with the front bowtie more than anything. GM wants $275.00 (??!!) For the illuminated bowtie in the front, so I'm just weighing my options. I might run with the black version with the silver trim, or the all chrome trim (as I haven't seen anyone else with it), but saw some illuminated ones on Amazon for the 2015 Camaro and I thought maybe I could sand it down to make it fit my car. But I think the light fixture is different...

You might find one that is meant for another car but snaps into the chrome bowtie surround on your grill.
If the bowtie is the same size as the one you have, it might have potential.

It looks like the 16-18 Cruze front emblem interchanges with 16-18 Volt, so anything Volt should be direct fit.

You'll have to do the research to ensure it fits, but here is an alternative:

Illuminated - 1

all the rest say specifically the rear, but there are many of them.

I wasn't aware of that let me see what I can find!

Since the 2014-15 rear bowties fit the 2017 Cruze does that mean a 2017 cruze rear bowtie would fit a 2014 camaro (rear side)?
