I hear ya dude, I'm sorry to say that I knew the mechanic really wouldn't solve this for you.

Febreze is good, water melon Frebreze is insanity.

I have another tip. You have a group of mice looking for your car, and they know how to get in. Even if the food stops they will still comeback for a long time, maybe even nest in the car.

Here is what you do. Drive the car to some dirt road or field, just something isolated with some grass around. Park the car, turn the engine off, and open everything. Every door, window, trunk, hood, glovebox, fold down the rear seat, open EVERYTHING. Move the seats forward, remove the spare tire. Then crank the radio and walk away, better yet also use portable radio and set it on the engine. Get about 50 yards away for about 30 minutes, then put the car back together.

Now change your parking. I don't know what your parking situation is, but you need to change it. Park the car down the street, park it at your buddy's place, just not close to where you do now. Do this for one week and you'll be golden.
