I have a 2011 eco 6 speed manual and the car behaves the same with the cruise control button on and off. Both are running more boost than stock (no boost gauge so can't be specific on the number, but am positive (this is far from my first boosted car).

My tune (after they fixed the error message) changes drastically from eco (shifter in drive) and sport (shifter in tap shift mode). I would just send them an email saying you believe there is an error with your tune. Send an ecm and tcm read file to them just in case they need them. Better to give them all the information they may need in the first email so you can jump right to a solution with a lower wait time.

My car hit 22.8 psi the first day in both performance and eco mode.. At first I could not really feel a difference between the two, because both are HUGE improvements over stock. Now after a few days, it is obvious to see that the ECO mode is much slower to build boost at lower throttle inputs than performance mode. Which I actually like as the passing performance is still very nice. Think of a scenario where you are passing a car with the in cruise control activated, the last thing you want is to have slow acceleration when passing on a two lane road because you forgot to switch into performance mode...

I think a lot of the perceived performance can be attributed to not only the higher boost, refined AFR, and more aggressive timing, but the throttle by wire settings appear to have been adjusted. This helps induce more throttle blade opening at lower pedal inputs, helping it appear to increase the performance of the car. The ability to adjust the driving dynamic with throttle by wire is astounding, especially with a manual transmission where throttle/clutch input sensitivity by the driver is much higher.

My cable is still in Florida. It has to go to Ontario Canada so I'm thinking another week for me. Well worth the wait, I hope :)

When you flashed your cruze, how long did it take to recognize the tune file? Mine is taking forever.
I'm at 87%

Yeah it is. I was tempted to track down a Clevelander to borrow the cord but then my car went into the shot the day before my cord arrived.

I see what people mean about ECO the same as performance. You can't tell till 2nd gear the difference. I still need to regap my coppers so I'll do that tomorrow. This way I can datalog and send the file back soon.

How does the tune run with coppers? I'm on the stock iridiums gapped to .028
I was gapped .032 but that was since February when I fried coil pack 1 and the brake booster pump in the same trip. The coppers feel like a tune for my car and a few people in the plug thread expanded their gaps beyond .028. When the dealership installed a fresh set of iridiums with the new coil, I was a rolling hazzard. This part of PA I broke down had too many hills for the stock plugs. I had to limp to the turnpike where I still had lack of power. I ended up finding a place on the way and swapped the plugs out in the parking lot. Since then I lost the spark plug socket and just got another one last night. I wasn't able to get any pulls as I live no where near a freeway. I just drove a few city block in both ECO and power where they kinda feel the same till 2nd gear 2800 rpms. Maybe regap and a few datalogs will get me set.
Cool. I never checked my plugs but bought new one that are gapped to .028. Selling my coilovers tomorrow and buying intake and tune once the money is in my hand.

What plugs you get? If you got the popular NGK V Power coppers, they come gapped like .036 or something like that. I started off out the box the 1st time and after a few I ended up closing them back down to .032.

Got my cable yesterday, order #29. Won't get to tune until the end of the month as car is going to deal for warranty repairs.
