So ive noticed a pool of oil start to accumulate below the turbo oil line. I have used a qtip to remove and clean the oil in the area and over the course of about 1k miles it will eventually return and pool. There really arent many other places I can think of in the area to cause this leak and I dont see any visible fresh oil trails. The ring itself is inexpensive and im assuming there isnt much labor involved with this at all so im planning on making the repair and will continue to inspect the area.

It seems there are 2 part numbers listed for this oring... are there 2 orings that need to be replaced ?

Mine was leaking bad. I pulled the line off and took a pick and pulled the o-ring off the line. it was soo brittle that it came off in pieces. Put the new o-ring on and put everything back together. Drove for a week, still leaking. Pulled back apart again. Upon removal, i noticed that even with the bolt tight that holds the line in it would still move.

Before I re-installed it, i bent the tab up slightly so the bolt will force the line down and hold it in place. No leaks as of right now. Just rolled over 121,000 this morning. Also, o-ring from dealership is like $15. The parts guy cut me a deal.:th_coolio:

So my 2012 eco just started leaking from the top of the turbo end of the banjo bolt for the feed line. I just replaced it about 3 months ago. I just went to change my oil and warm the engine up and I noticed a good size puddle und my cat. I took off the heat sheiks and started it and can clearly see oil sealing out around the banjo bolt head. When I replaced it I made sure to clean the surface, remove the old copper washer, and torqued it to spec. I’ve been having problems with boost leaks and have replaced everything except the turbo itself. I’m wondering if the turbo is plugged and is building pressure at the feed line and not allowing fresh oil to flow into turbo.
