I got the clamp to fit that the dealership gave me that fits perfectly the Ecotec 1.4 engine clamp issue has been resolved yay
What is the part number and / or the size?

Its that part number posted on the first page. The 55565351. Fit perfectly. The clamp hangs up a tad because its a tight tolerance but i aligned everything so that it was on there and orientated the clamp in such a way that clamp contoured perfectly with the parts being clamped followed the lines of the to parts being clamped and i took the original bolt out and got one that was slightly longer so it can grab onto the nut and hit with my impact and it formed around the two parts being clamped perfectly everything was said and done the engine sounds amazing there's no Gap in between the two parts being clamped the catalytic converter and the turbo exhaust it is perfect you just have to get a slightly longer Bolt and persuade it to go on what's a little Force you just have to make sure everything is perfectly aligned first.

Just got a turbo under boost code a couple days ago, peeked around under the hood last night looking for loose clamps and boost leaks. Noticed my turbo moved around a lot when I pushed on it...Removed heat shield to find my v band clamp that secures the turbo to the manifold grew legs and ran away, guess it had better things to do. I searched around the net and these forums and found similar scenarios but no one mentions the size. Anyways, I can't find a 2.5" v band clamp locally at any parts stores (All 3"+) and GM won't sell it individually, you have to buy the whole turbo kit...no thanks? I'm about to buy one online but wanted to see if anyone could verify it was indeed a 2.5" clamp? I don't have my car near me for a bit, any input would be much appreciated, thanks!
did you ever figure out how to find this clamp?
